Instructional Design
Does your organization struggle with creating instructional materials that engage and involve the learner? Michelle’s moto here is:
Tell me, I will probably forget.
Show me, I may remember.
Involve me and I shall learn!
Michelle is proficient in designing entire classes and adept at locating the missing segments of classes that you might already have in use. She uses a variety of methods from Best Practices to ADDIE or KEMP, and more, to develop learning objectives and curricula that are relevant, measurable, and enjoyable to the learner and educator alike. She is adept at interviewing the SME’s (subject matter experts) to learn more about your programs and to evaluate where you may have any gaps in learning that need to be filled.
Michelle was an instructor for the University of Memphis and a mentor for their MILE (Memphis Institute for Leadership Excellence) program. She developed curricula for Title One- inner city schools (Memphis, TN through Peer Power Foundation) where she was Director of Communication and Development.
Michelle has designed modules for major global corporations and the USN’s Sailor Ready 2025 program. Let her show you what she can do for your organization too.
