Michelle just completed writing a book about the F-15 Fighter Jet titled From the Drafting Table to the Fighting Theatre- A Chronology of the F-15 Fighter Jet. That book was sold to another organization and redone under their name and title.

She has written or revised numerous in-house documents for governments and educational systems at the state and local levels, as well as, several lofty Real Estate Organizations (Premiere Southeby’s and Engel & Volkers). Those pieces range from employee handbooks to agent bios/employee bios to rules and regulations for clubs and other organizations. During her time with Management Advisory Group some of the organizations she was tasked with evaluating and writing the RFP’s/Final Recommendations, updating job classifications/descriptions, improving processes and procedures for were City of Jacksonville, FL; Broward County, FL; Bibb County Schools, GA; Maryland Board of Nursing, MD; Louisville County Schools, KY; Douglas County Schools, SC; City of Brownsville, TX; City of Lubbock, TX and many more.

Apalachicola Yacht Club contracted with Michelle to write their by-laws and rules and regulations. She managed everything from setting them up as a not-for-profit to generating memberships and holding regular meetings.
